A curse to many women, cellulite is formed close to the skin surface and produces a number of wrinkled fat cells intermixed with the connective tissue and produces that strange âorange peel\’ effect most of us have witnessed. It would be unfair to say this is a condition exclusive to overweight women because that couldn\’t be further from the truth, it affects even slim women who have fewer fat cells.
